Delivery

We aim to have items delivered to UK addresses within 7-10 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event this isn’t possible we will contact you by e-mail to let you know.

If your item is on a ‘pre-order’ the dispatch time will be slightly longer (this will be specified on the item). In order to minimise our carbon footprint, any items within the same order will be dispatched together, unless you specify differently (an additional postage charge will apply to this).

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at anytime.

Returns

We hope you love your new products as much as we do. However, if you decide you would like to return your item or it arrives damaged or faulty please contact us by email at customercare@blossomandbuttercup.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 14 days of us receiving your request. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging. Once we have received your return we will process your refund minus the original postage cost and release your exchange or refund.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please contact us immediately at customercare@blossomandbuttercup.co.uk and please do not dispose of the damaged item. Please include photographic evidence with your email – Thank You.
